1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and jl016 ("jl016," "We," "Us," "Our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jl016.cam ("Platform"). These Terms apply to all services provided through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, bingo, crash games, and any promotional activities.

By creating a jl016 account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or wagering activity on the Platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and any additional rules, guidelines, or policies published on jl016.cam, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the jl016 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account wallet, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, or promotional value granted to a Player by jl016 subject to specific wagering requirements.
• "Platform" means the jl016 website, associated mobile-optimized interface, and all related services accessible at jl016.cam.
• "Wager" means any real-money bet placed on any game or event available through the jl016 Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by jl016 before processing withdrawals or upon request at any time.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the Platform is prohibited under applicable law or jl016 policy.

3. Eligibility

To register and maintain an active jl016 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gaming under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. jl016 strictly enforces this requirement and will suspend or permanently close any account found to be registered by or used on behalf of a minor.
• You are not located in, a resident of, or a national of any jurisdiction in which online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative for any third party.
• You have not been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the jl016 Platform or from any other online gaming service for fraud, collusion, or terms violations.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order from any gaming platform or regulator.

4. Account Registration and Verification

To access real-money gaming services on jl016, you must complete the account registration process. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested by jl016.

jl016 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing any withdrawal request. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by jl016 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

Each Player is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) jl016 account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, date of birth, device, IP address, payment method, or any combination thereof — will be treated as duplicate accounts. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances or winnings may be voided.

5. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl016 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to immediately notify jl016 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or a security breach.

jl016 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from unauthorized access where jl016 had no prior notice of a security breach. jl016 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, using a unique strong password, and accessing your account only from trusted devices and networks.

You must not share your jl016 account credentials with any other person. Allowing third parties to access or use your account constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

6. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on the jl016 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). jl016 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits credited to your jl016 account wallet are available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt. jl016 does not charge fees for deposits, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. jl016 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network issues, or banking holidays.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to availability.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are specified in the Account Dashboard.
• jl016 targets processing verified withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one (1) business day. These are target timeframes and are not guaranteed contractual obligations.
• jl016 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of enhanced due diligence, fraud investigation, or verification of wagering requirements.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

jl016 may offer promotional bonuses, cashback, free spins, referral rewards, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal limits applicable to bonus winnings.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, wagering requirements must be met using real-money funds only — bonus funds alone do not satisfy wagering requirements. jl016 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through multiple account registration, matched betting, or systematic low-risk wagering designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine risk — will have their bonus voided and may face account suspension.

8. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the jl016 Platform operate according to their individually published game rules. In the case of any discrepancy between a game result displayed on your device and the outcome recorded on jl016's server, the server record shall be considered definitive.

jl016 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for virtual games and operates live dealer games using physical cards, dice, and wheels streamed from professional studios. Both formats are subject to independent testing and certification to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

jl016 expressly prohibits the use of any automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or third-party programs that interact with the Platform in any way not approved in writing by jl016. Any account found using such tools will be immediately suspended and all associated balances may be forfeited.

In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or software failure that results in an incorrect game result, jl016 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's account. jl016 shall not be liable for any consequential losses claimed on the basis of such a malfunction.

9. Responsible Gaming

jl016 is committed to maintaining a safe and responsible gaming environment. We recognize that for some individuals, gaming can become problematic, and we take our duty to support Player welfare seriously.

All jl016 account holders have access to the following responsible gaming tools directly within their Account Dashboard:

• Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits
• Session time reminders and automatic session duration limits
• Cooling-off periods (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days)
• Temporary self-exclusion (1 month to 6 months)
• Permanent self-exclusion

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl016 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21
• Attempting to launder funds or use the Platform for any unlawful financial activity
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or loopholes in any game or the Platform
• Conducting chargebacks or payment reversals after wagering deposited funds
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jl016 staff or other Players
• Accessing the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction

11. Intellectual Property

All content on the jl016 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the property of jl016 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, distribute, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the jl016 Platform or its content without the express prior written permission of jl016.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl016 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any other financial loss.

The jl016 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. jl016 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jl016's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13. Account Suspension and Closure

jl016 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if jl016 reasonably determines that:

• You have violated any provision of these Terms
• You have provided false or misleading information to jl016
• jl016 suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotions
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to jl016 or other Players
• You have requested self-exclusion or account closure
• jl016 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction

Upon closure of an account for reasons other than Terms violation, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method following completion of any outstanding KYC or investigation requirements. Bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play that do not meet withdrawal conditions will not be returned.

14. Amendments to These Terms

jl016 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the Platform and/or by notification to the registered mobile number or email address associated with your account. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept a change to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the jl016 Platform that cannot be resolved through direct communication with jl016 support shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal dispute proceedings, Players are encouraged to contact jl016 customer support to seek resolution. jl016 aims to resolve all account-related disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint via the registered contact channels.
